These days how often you get a chance to be alone? And is that important to you? Well, I will say definitely YES! Everyday, we need at least a 15 to 30 minutes all by ourselves to do things that we like to do alone, no matter how busy we are. Regardless is reading, bake a cake, mediation, watch TV news, have a glass of wine and fantazise, etc. a moment that you have no distraction from anything and indulge totally into it. I think that is the least we deserved as these days most of us are way too busy to have that. During that moment, we are actually slowing down and unwind. So that we have a clearer mind and stronger body to start a brand new day for tomorrow. We can't be busy and feeling stress everyday from morning till night, that is not right!
Last week, a mother of 2 boys told me (with glowing eyes and big smile) that she loves morning breakfast in the coffeeshop all by herself after she send her boys to school. And I know what she means. Everyday she wakes up at 5.15am and only get the chance to go to bed at 1am. That is really a long day for her. But the morning breakast make her feel so blessed to have a quiet and personal time all by herself before she goes to work. Even though it is just a 30 minutes. So happy for her.
Do you think is about time to reschedule your daily timetable and make sure that you reserve a time slot all by yourself.
In 2010, I had a Chiang Mai trip all by myself for 5 days. That is my first time and initially I thought it will be boring but I was wrong. It was such a wonderful experience.
My first breakfast in Chiang Mai
Is this look good?
Attended a cooking class with no partner and it was so fun!
I am so proud of my first Tum Yam Soup.
A big room all by myself. So spacious!
Aruntara is really good price and nice place. Highly recommend.
I like it because it is always quiet and lots of privacy
