In 2002, I picked up Shiatsu Therapy (Traditional Japanese Massage) for a start. Over time, I progressed to an advanced stage that enabled me to treat customers with physical ailments. 2 years later, I also obtained a Diploma in Holistic Massage and Diploma in A&P (Anatomy and Physiology) module that provided me with a better understanding of the human body.
Subsequently I underwent a Traditional Thai Massage training at Wat Po, Bangkok and Diploma in Foundation of Thai Massage Level 1 certified by TMC, Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai in Singapore. These courses have provided me with a better perspective of the best practices among Eastern and Western body therapies. In 2006, I enrolled in the NSRS (National Skills Recognition System) Assessor Course certified by WDA (Singapore's Workforce Development Agency). This certification provided me with a better understanding towards international service standards. At the same time, it provided me with an opportunity to teach and assess in various certified massage schools in Singapore.
In 2007, I have achieved CIBTAC Aesthetic Treatments Diploma certification awarded by the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology at Cosmoprof International (Singapore) and with this certification I am given a new challenge to be a certified trainer for Cibtac Diploma course in A&P module and assessor for NSRS Aesthetic courses certified by WDA.Passion
As a trainer, it is very satisfying imparting my skills to novices, especially when they do not have any experience initially but end up as full fledged therapists eventually. What is exceptionally rewarding for
me is hearing that they are appreciated by their customers for their massage skills and professionalism.

What really inspires me to have a passion for delivering great body massage? You could say it is the appreciation that my clients show, the look in their eyes of relief and rejuvenation, their smiles which say so much…these add up and drive me to want to achieve greater service excellence.
