How to own a most "personal" therapist?
Indeed, without any doubt I still very much love to do training especially for students who are very involved and interested during every lesson. A sense of unwillingness and yet feel very rewarding and inspiring when I have completed a massage course. I have realized how much I have gained and learnt after completed a course for a lovely couple yesterday.
This couple massage course is not quite the same as I used to teach in my previous massage courses. I have incorporated some additional home spa tips to inject more ways of having romantic and intimate moment during their personal time at home. This new format is to encourage and provide more simple spa treatments like how to do ear candling, full body scrub, how to choose types of home spa products, simple ways of setting a spa ambiance with scented candles and soft music etc. Thus it elevate more elements in relationship building and bonding at the same time.
At the beginning of the course, I could sense the couple do feel a little strenuous and tired as likely due to their busy life style and have not been working on their physical fitness but on the last lesson of the course which both have to provide at least 1 hour of full body massage on each other as a simple evaluation test. It really impressed me that they did quite a good job as I was told they did practice a few times during weekday evening after their busy day. How lovely is that! There were always moments of laughter and teasing of each other when both couple were have to serve the role as giver and receiver throughout the whole course.
Couple massage course is definitely more personal and intimate (both physically and emotionally) as the couple who give and receive is on a 100% mind set of mutual trust and love involve. There is definitely no moment of embarrassment or uncomfortable. Well, to have your own and ultimate most personal therapist, I think this is the only way.
